It took me more than a month to decide which bootcamp should I get into. For whole month I’d read different bootcamp reviews, fill the form to get curriculums, read reviews on Course Report, Career Karma, Switchup and other similar sites.

I watched hours long videos of coding bootcamp reviews on YouTube which helped me get deep insights of how does it feel to be the coding bootcamp student. One of my favorite channel on YouTube for coding bootcamp reviews is DonTheDeveloper.

The reason I took so long in choosing bootcamp is because I know that being a coding bootcamp student is like having job. You’ll be spending 20–30 hrs a week to successfully graduate in at least 6 months. If you’re full time then consider spending 40 hrs or more to graduate in 5 months or 4 months. Depends on what bootcamp you choose.

I was enrolled in Flatiron school as a part time student but I had to quit after a month, because of time management and some problems with my job. But that one taught me so much about Object Oriented Programming and other skills like Web Scraping, and building small projects using Ruby programming language.
